Current availability, identity of the seller, price, taxes, payment, inspection, delivery, returns and every other transaction term must be confirmed in writing for the particular stone or jewel.
Diamond information
Measurements, weights, grading details, laboratory-report references, videos and dealer observations are provided to help initial review. Screens, lighting and photography can change the appearance of colour, scale and brilliance. A buyer or adviser should review the current laboratory material and arrange the level of independent inspection appropriate to the proposed acquisition.
Availability and confidential material
Material may be withdrawn, reserved, privately held or unavailable without notice. Access to the private vault, certificates, unwatermarked media, pricing or other confidential material may be limited or withdrawn. Approval for access does not create a right to purchase or receive every item.
Price, payment and memo
Prices are quoted individually on request and on a wholesale basis to private and trade clients. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is by cleared bank wire against receipt or release of the stone. Memo is available only to known and approved clients and remains subject to written item, timing, insurance and return terms.
Inspection, shipping, taxes and KYC
Inspection may be arranged by prior agreement at our Ramat Gan office, through Malca-Amit or Brink's secure facilities where local service is available, or at a trusted partner office. Shipping is always insured. Insured shipping is included with a completed purchase; where an inspection or approved memo does not result in a purchase, the prospective buyer bears the agreed logistics and return costs. Taxes, duties and import obligations remain the buyer's responsibility. Private and new clients must complete appropriate identity and KYC checks.
Responsible trade
Rotshild Mordechayev Diamonds adheres to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and applicable diamond-trade requirements. The scheme governs international shipments of rough diamonds and is not an individual certificate for every antique or polished diamond presented on this site.
No investment promise
Diamonds and jewellery can change in market value and liquidity. Editorial discussion of rarity, history or collecting is not financial, tax or investment advice and is not a promise of appreciation, resale value or a future market.
High-jewelry concepts and commissions
Campaign or concept imagery is illustrative unless a page expressly identifies a photographed finished jewel. A private commission requires a separate written brief covering design, approvals, materials, price, payment stages, timing, delivery, alterations and aftercare.
