Preparing your order
Diamonds are dispatched from the Diamond Exchange Center in Ramat Gan, Israel. We ship only after cleared funds, completion of any required identity and compliance checks, and written confirmation of the transaction.
Orders are normally prepared within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times
Insured international delivery normally takes a further 3 to 10 business days. Customs inspections, security requirements, export documentation and destination restrictions may affect delivery times.
Every shipment requires an adult signature. Risk remains with Imperial Cushions until delivery is confirmed by the secure carrier.

Complimentary insured delivery is currently offered for approved orders delivered to Bahrain, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Other destinations may be available by written arrangement.

The published price includes insured delivery. Import VAT, sales tax, customs duties, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees are the client’s responsibility unless the written invoice states otherwise.
