The making process
Across private commissions, these workshop process studies follow six essential decisions, from measuring and drawing to metalwork, setting and final inspection. Each stage is coordinated with specialist partner ateliers around the selected diamond.
The private commission
We begin with the diamond, the wearer, intended use, timing and budget framework.
Proportion, setting direction, materials and an initial commercial framework are prepared for review.
Design decisions, material details, timing and payment stages are agreed in writing before making begins.
Specialist hands bring the approved jewel to life with precision and restraint.
The finished jewel, documentation, delivery and any final approvals are reviewed before release.
Sizing, care, alterations and future service are defined for the individual commission.
